Every profile is manufactured to fit international backset dimensions, mortise deadbolt spacing and standard cylinder profiles, so a METCOR set drops into an existing door without re-machining.
Where a project needs something outside catalogue — an oversized pull, a non-standard backset, a custom stone inlay — our production team works from your architectural drawing directly.
Finish that survives handling
Multilayer electroplating and PVD vacuum coating are applied to every handle before assembly, giving each finish resistance to scratching, fingerprint etching and atmospheric tarnishing in both coastal and industrial climates.
Eighteen standard finishes are stocked; custom RAL and plating matches are available on volume orders.

Machining & casting
Solid brass, stainless and stone components are CNC-machined or cast in-house to the confirmed tolerances.

Finishing
Electroplating, PVD coating or hand-antiquing is applied, then buffed and inspected under raking light for defects.

Packing & dispatch
Sets are matched, fixings included, and boxed by reference code for direct site delivery or dealer stock.
